Liguria rhymes with good food and fine wine. There are many traditional dishes, aside from pesto, king of the Ligurian table. Suffice it to say that Liguria has 283 certified typical products, ranking fourth among Italian regions. Among these products we have Monterosso anchovies, cappon magro, chinotto of Savona, Pignone sausage, herbs stuffed ravioli, canestrelli, torta pasqualina.
Dishes such as trofie with pesto, green beans and potatoes, pansotti with walnut sauce, testaroli with olive oil and parmigiano cheese or the popular “muscoli” (La Spezia mussels) will most certainly leave a mark in the memory of each guest at Hotel Corallo.
